1. Proof of Purchase

We issue electronic receipts only.
To request a return or refund, customers must be able to provide their electronic receipt (email or digital copy).

2. New LEGO® Sets

If you purchase a new LEGO® set from us:

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Faults must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on new, sealed LEGO® sets, unless required by law.

3. Retired LEGO® Sets

Retired LEGO® sets are sold as collectible items.

• Refunds or replacements are available only if the item is faulty or not as described at the time of sale.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind on retired sets.

4. Used / Second-Hand LEGO® Sets

Used LEGO® sets are sold as described at the time of sale, including condition, completeness, and packaging.

• Refunds are available only if the item is unsafe or not as described.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on used items.

5. What Is Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear

• Missing parts reported after purchase where this was clearly disclosed at the time of sale

• Items returned without a valid electronic receipt

6. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

• Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and inspected.

7. In-Store Purchases

This policy applies to in-store purchases only at The Brickery, unless otherwise stated.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
