The Brickery is a family‑friendly, LEGO‑themed café that values creativity, community, and trust. This policy exists to ensure we use customer images responsibly, lawfully, and ethically across all platforms, with particular care when children are involved.
This policy applies to all staff, contractors, photographers, marketers, and partners creating or sharing content on behalf of The Brickery.

4. Consent Requirements
4.1 Adults (18+)
Images of adult customers may only be used when clear, informed consent has been obtained.

Verbal consent alone is not sufficient for advertising or promotional use.

4.2 Children (Under 18)
Images or videos of children may only be used with express written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Signed forms must be securely stored and accessible to management.

5.2 Events, Parties & Workshops
For birthday parties, school visits, and events where children are present:

Parents/guardians must be informed that photography may occur

Children without consent must not be photographed or must be excluded from any published imagery
Where practical, The Brickery will:

Staff and contractors must:

Avoid close‑ups of children unless explicitly approved

Avoid showing full names, school uniforms, or identifying details

Prefer staged or posed images where consent is confirmed

Prioritise LEGO builds, food, hands‑on activity shots, and atmosphere over faces
If consent is unclear, do not use the image.
